Little Neck Homes and Information

Located in the far northeastern corner of Queens, Little Neck is just to the east of Douglaston. The Little Neck Hills neighborhood offers luxury homes and new construction, while southern Little Neck has a number of ranches and two-family homes. Prices range from $600,000 for small ranches on the south side of the community into the millions for home in Little Neck Hills on the north side of the Long Island Expressway.

South of Little Neck is Bellerose Floral Park, home to Queens County Farm Museum, the oldest working farm in New York City. Alley Pond Park and the Alley Pond Environmental Center, with a variety of educational programs and the only working windmill in the city, are also nearby in Douglaston. Little Neck is served good schools in Community School District 26. The Long Island Rail Road offers commuter service into Manhattan.
